Klepon cake including traditional snacks that have been widely known and can be found in the traditional markets using banana leaf containers or packed in small plastic wrap.

Ingredients of Klepon Cake is not difficult, you only prepared by:

  1. 20 leaves suji
  2. 4 pandan leaf
  3. 30 ml of water,
  4. 1 tablespoon water whiting,
  5. 325 grams of glutinous rice flour,
  6. 25 g of starch,
  7. 300 ml of warm water,
  8. half spoon of salt 100 grams of brown sugar,
  9. 4 pandan leaf, grated coconut.

How to make Klepon Cake?:

  1. Slice pandan leaf and suji leaf and then put into  blender with 30 ml of water until smooth and then squeeze and strain, add water whiting.
  2. Put the glutinous rice flour and cornflour into a container, pour warm water mixed with salt, stir for approximately 10 minutes. Then put water suji leaf and pandan leaf stir and mix until well.
  3. Take 1 tablespoon of dough, make sphere, pour half a spoon of brown sugar, cover the dough with a way to glue the edges to the periphery-oval.
  4. Boil the same water pandan leaf , lower the flame until the water fragrant pandan then remove from the pan, cook until the dough input floating (approximately 5 minutes). Remove and drain
  5. Serve with grated coconut kelepon until ready to serve.
